I have had the honor to receive Your Excellency The Governor's Memo. No 480 of 20th Instant and the papers therein enumerated, arising regarding the application of the Funds from Gambling Licenses.
In accordance with Your Excellency's directions I now enclose a statement of the sum received for Licenses and the mode in which a portion thereof has been expended. The balance at the credit of this special fund is estimated at $221,733.92 this date.
